Ans : No, XANEXT Services are absolutely FREE of charge.

Ans : You can get a new password through "Forgot Password".

Ans : You should report us the "Username" and "Password" of that account, and we will help you to delete it.

Ans : This "Private Logger" will appear to you only. It shows the recent logged visitors of your xanga.

Ans : You have to register an XANEXT account first, then login your XANEXT account, click "Your Script" at the top menu.

Ans : Login your XANEXT account, click "Settings", uncheck the "Show Counter" box.(Remember to enter your password)

Ans : Login your XANEXT account, click "Settings", uncheck the "Allow Private Message From Xanga" box.(Remember to enter your password)

Ans : It may be due to several reasons. For example, if there is a connection problem between the visitor and XANEXT, or the visitor has disabled javascript, then XANEXT will not be able to trace that visitor.

9. Why do errors occur after I pasted XANEXT script in my Xanga? (top)
Ans : It may be due to several reasons. Most probably, you are using other script which have a clash with XANEXT script. You can try pasting our script at the top of the "Web & Stat", or deleting the other script.

10. Can I place the "Private Logger", "Counter", "XMessage" or "Private Mesasge" at other location? (top)
Ans : You can set the above boxes on the left or right at your XANGA. Login your XANEXT account, click "Settings", at the bottom you can set the position of the above boxes.(Remember to enter your password)

11. How many records can I store in XANEXT? (top)
Ans : You can have 5000 records. When the records exceeded 5000, we will delete those earliest records automatically.

Ans : It is an ID that XANEXT assign to a visitor computer.

Ans : The Computer ID will change after the user clear cookie.(or the visitor disable cookie)

Ans : It may due to several reasons. Most probably, you are using other script which have a clash with XANEXT script or you've registered a wrong XANGA ID.
